موجهات النشر

1. المقدمة

يجب أن تحتوي المقدمة على قدر كافٍ من المعلومات الحديثة الخاصة بموضوع الورقة ومشكلتها وأهدافها، وأن تكتب على أساس منطقي منهجي، اعتماداً على المراجع العلمية الحديثة.                                                               

2.   ارشادات التقديم                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

   يجب أن تكون الأوراق المقدمة للنشر أصلية ولم يتم إرسالها أو نشرها من قبل في مكان آخر. وتقبل المجلة الأوراق الشاملة والقصيرة، على أن ترسل عبر الرابط http://Journals.uofg.Edu.sd/index.php/gjrs/ تكتب الأوراق باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية، ويكتب الملخص باللغتين. تخضع أية ورقة للتقييم من قبل محكمين (اثنان في الأقل) مستقلين، وسيتم إبلاغ المؤلف بالرفض أو القبول مع إرسال تعليقات المحكمين. تتم مراجعة الورقة بواسطة هيئة التحرير التي لها الحق في إجراء التعديلات البسيطة، فيما عدا ذلك يتم إرجاعها إلى المؤلف لإجراء التعديلات الكبيرة.

الأوراق القصيرة:                                                                                                                                                                                                  

تعطى الأفضلية للأوراق القصيرة التي تحتوي على نتائج تجريبية جديدة، على ألاّ تتجاوز الورقة عدد 5 صفحات شاملة الجداول والأشكال.

4. التحكيم: تكون المراجعة نقدية وشاملة لأساسيات موضوع الورقة وتطوره، ويترك التقسيم للمؤلف. تقدّم آراء التحكيم عندما تدعو إليها الحاجة، وتكون مقبولة لدى المؤلف أيضاً وتحدد فترة التحكيم، وتكتب أسفل العنوان.

عند رفع الورقة على النظام الإلكتروني يجب رفع الملفات التالية:

1. إقرار المؤلفين: يجب طباعة وتوقيع الإقرار ثم تصويره وإرفاقه، اضغط هنا لتحميل الإقرار                                                                                                   

2. الورقة العلمية يجب أن تُرفع من نسختين:                                                                                                                                                                     

أ/ النسخة الأولى: كاملة دون اسم المؤلفين أو عناوينهم.

ب/ النسخة الثانية: الصفحة الأولى من الورقة بحيث تحتوي على أسماء وعناوين المؤلفين.

تخضع أية ورقة مرفوعة إلى كشف التشابه، وتقبل الورقة العلمية عندما تكون نتيجة كشف التشابه 25% أو أقل. أما بالنسبة للبحوث القصيرة تقبل الورقة عندما تكون نتيجة التقرير 30% أو أَقل.

الشكل والتنسيق: على المؤلف اتباع قواعد التنسيق المذكورة في الجدول أدناه (إضغط هنا لتحميل قالب كتابة الورقة):

على المؤلف اتباع التنسيق الآتي:  يجب أن يكون عنوان الورقة مختصراً ومعبراً عن محتوياته، ويتبع باسم المؤلف/ المؤلفون كاملاً. وعنوان المؤلف، وفي حالة وجود أكثر من مؤلف تُرتب الأسماء حسب المشاركة في   النشر

المقدمة

يجب أن تحتوي الورقة على معلومات وافية ومختصرة عن موضوع وأهداف وخلفية الورقة والمشكلة التي يجب معالجتها، متبعاً المؤلف المنهجية وفقاً للمراجع العلمية الحديثة، مع ذكر أهداف الورقة في نهاية المقدمة.

طرائق البحث وأدواته:

 يجب ذكر الطرائق التي اتبعها الباحث بصيغة الفعل الماضي المبني للمجهول مع توضيح الإجراءات المنهجية التي اتبعها وشرح التصميم المستخدم في الورقة وأدواته، كما يجب توضيح المراجع المستخدمة، وقاعدة البيانات والتحليل الاحصائي إن وجد.

 النتائج:

يجب كتابة النتائج المتحصل عليها بالأرقام في شكل جداول وأشكال (إذا أمكن ذلك)، مع وصف كامل دون تكرار لهذه النتائج. يناقش المؤلف هذه النتائج المتحصلة ويقارنها مع الدراسات السابقة. وربط أهداف الدراسة بما توصل إليه من نتائج.

المراجع:

يجب أن يكون للمراجع علاقة مباشرة بموضوع الورقة، وأن يكون قد ورد ذكرها في المتن، يُشار إلى المراجع العربية إذا كانت في متن البحث بالاسم الأخير للمؤلف وسنة النشر؛ وذلك بين قوسين؛ مثال (خيري،1985) وفى حالة وجود ثلاثة مؤلفين فأكثر يشار إلى الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأول ويكتب بعده وآخرون. مثل (زهران وآخران/آخرون، 1995) على أن تُكتب الأسماء كاملة للمؤلفين الثلاثة في قائمة المراجع. وفى حالة، المرجع الأجنبي في المتن يكتب الاسم الأخير فقط (اسم العائلة) مع سنة النشر، مثل (1995 Rutter,) أما إذا كان هناك ثلاثة مؤلفين أو أكثر فيُكتب الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأول ويُكتب بعده et.al.. ثم تكــتب سنـة النــشر مثل: ( Mayer, et.al 1992) أما في قائمة المراجع فتكتب أسماء  المؤلفين الثلاثة كاملة على النحو التالي: اسم العائلة، ثم مختصر الاسم الأول مثل (Rutter, M.).                                                                                                                             جميع المراجع المشار إليها في متن البحث يجب أن تُدرج في قائمة المراجع في نهاية البحث، وتُرتب أبجدياً أو ألفبائياً مبتدئة بالمراجع العربية، فالمراجع الأجنبية، ثم الدوريات والإحالات الأخرى؛ وذلك كما يلي:   

(أ)  في حالة الكتب العربية أو الإنجليزية: اسم المؤلف ( سنة النشر)، عنوان الكتاب، الطبعة، اسم الناشر، بلد النشر.

(ب)  في حالة البحث أو المقال (باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية) في دورية: اسم المؤلف (سنة النشر)، عنوان  البحث أو المقال، اسم المجلة، المجلد (العدد)، الصفحات. وفى الحالتين يكتب اسم المرجع بخط أكبر (Bold)، أو الخط المائل (Italic). 

توجهات أخيرة

 يطلب من المشاركين في نشر الأوراق اتبّاع التوجيهات أعلاه حرفياً. حيث إنّ ذلك يسهل مهام هيئة التحرير و المحكمين.

بعد قبول الورقة العلمية من قبل المحكمين وهيئة التحرير، تطبق رسوم النشر التالية:

1. INTRODUCTION

The introduction must contain an appreciable and concise amount of information concerning the subject of the article, its background, the problem to be tackled and the objectives of the research.  These should be based on logic and methodology according to recent scientific references. At the end of the introduction the justification and objectives of the research are stated.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Articles sent for publication must be original reports of research not simultaneously sent to, nor previously published elsewhere. The journal accepts original papers, short communications, and review articles. Manuscripts should be submitted online:   http://journals.uofg.edu.sd/index.php/gjrs/. Papers must be written in English or Arabic, with both Arabic and English abstracts. Each manuscript will be assessed by two independent referees. The correspondence author will be informed immediately thereafter of acceptance, rejection or need of revision. The editorial staff reserves the right to revise the manuscript. Major alterations, however, will only be made in accordance with the author(s) consent.

A. SHORT COMMUNICATIONS

Preference is given to short communications which contain novel experimental results in short form. A short communication has no summary and should not exceed 5 type written pages (including tables, figures and references). The term short communication should be added below the title.

B. REVIEWS

Reviews are comprehensive, critical descriptions on the present knowledge of actual research subjects or technological developments. The division is left to the author(s). Reviews are frequently submitted on invitation; however they are of course accepted from other authors too.  The term "A review" should be added below the title.

C. NEW CONCEPTIONS

These are contributions containing novel research or strategies, novel methodical, technological or technical procedures or novel methods of education or teaching which have to be scientifically well founded, but which have not yet been confirmed by experiment or practice.

Before submission of your manuscript, the following documents should be prepared:

1. The scanned and signed copy right document
2. The original manuscript

IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure the blind reviewing, please upload your manuscript as fellows:1. A copy of the complete manuscript, WITHOUT authors names and affiliations,2. The first page of the manuscript WITH authors names and affiliations.

A. Plagiarism check: The manuscript should be an original work, please note that ONLY manuscripts with plagiarism 25% or less for articles "or 30% for review" will be published in the journal.

B.Manuscript organization

(I) Style and format: you have to follow the journal format provided in the below table. The journal template is available here. (Arabic, English).

(II) Article organization

Authors are requested to adhere to the rules given below and to follow the examples precisely.

Title And Authors

      The title should be concise and reflect the article contents. It should be followed by the researcher(s) name(s) and the address for correspondence. Researcher(s) name(s) should be written in full with their names listed in order of their contributory role.

Introduction:

     The introduction must contain an appreciable and concise amount of information concerning the subject of the article, its background, the problem to be tackled and the objectives of the research. These should be based on logic and methodology according to recent scientific references. At the end of the introduction the justification and objectives of the research are stated.

Materials and Methods 

The materials used and the methods or methodology followed in the research should be written in the past passive tense.  All the methodological procedures must be explained and full information of the design and other tools for conducting the research must be clearly explained.  Full description of the procedures followed  and references will help other researchers to repeat the research .  Data and statistical analysis, if any, should be explained.

Results

Results are written in the past passive tense.  Numerical results can be presented  in tables and figures.  Full description and interpretation of the tables and figures  should be presented without  repeating unnecessary data.

Discussion:

Discussion should be based on the results obtained compared to the objectives of the research and the literature reviewed . Discussion should judge, estimate and assess the scientific value and the practical significance of the results in association to previous findings and the objective of the research. It may be pooled with results or presented under a separate  section

References

References cited should be related to the research subject.  All references in the text should appear in the reference list and vice versa, references in text should begin with the  family name only and the year of publication both between brackets, e.g. (Rutter, 1995,p).

- In the case of three or more authors, only the name of the first shall be written with the word "et al", e.g. (Mayer, et al 1992.p).

- All references cited in text should be included in the list of references at the end of the paper.

-All references must arrange alphabetically or numerically, beginning with Arabic references, then foreign references, then periodicals and referrals.
